Job Description
We are looking for a project lead to serve as the main point of contact with our customer. The applicant must have the following skills:
- Familiar in reporting tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of the development life cycle
- Ability to liaise with the customer to discuss on any issues/status/queries
- Able to work closely with the team to set the key goals and major objectives
- Strong domain knowledge relating to the customer business
- Perform administrative activities on the BI tools
- Participate and contribute to PMO initiatives
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor workload and assignment to team members
- Participate in all meetings and follow-up action items to closure
- Provide assistance to the team where required
- Ensure project metrics are in line with agreed SLA’s
- Adhere to client and organization process
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Argus Configuration and Support, preferably with the latest Argus version.
