Shift Tables

Example 3

This example demonstrates a SHIFT1 macro call using baseobs and postobs to select records. Baselist and postlist are not assigned, so the values and the order of rows and columns are determined by internal data values. Totals are displayed first, labeled Overall and records are dropped if either baseline or post-baseline is missing. Display percents calculated using row totals.

  • totals=r/first creates total category for rows only and positions as first row.
  • totalslabel= specifies text for Total categories.
  • since baselist and postlist are not assigned, actual data values are displayed.
  • Note that no L records exist in the data so that category is not displayed.
