Range Shift Tables

Range Shift Tables - TABLE5 Examples

TABLE5 is a laboratory data-specific report macro used to produce reference range shift displays with baseline as the ROW variable and post-baseline as the COLUMN variable. Options include: inclusion or exclusion of missing data, display or suppression of percentages, and PAGEBY variables.

The TABLE5 macro requires that the dataset submitted to the macro is structured in the test/result format. Observations used as baseline data to calculate a change from baseline value must be flagged with a variable set to 1 for baseline observations and MISSING for all others.

TABLE5 requires that the variable name TEST is present in the dataset and requires a PAGEBY of TEST or inclusion of TEST on the ROW variable list. By default, row=TEST DOSE.
