The Company can undertake CSR activities either by itself or through other entities eligible to undertake CSR activities under Applicable Law.

The CSR activities are directly approved and supervised by the Board of Directors. The Board reviews the progress and impact of various implemented CSR programs, to determine any further action plans that need to be undertaken. Appropriate documentation of the CSR Policy, Annual CSR Activities report, Budget & Expenditure incurred on CSR activities are prepared, reviewed and approved by the Board. For CSR spend the preference is given to the local area and areas around which the Company operates.

For dealing with enquiries/ suggestions received from public/government authorities related to Company’s CSR initiatives, the Head of Corporate Services is the nodal officer on behalf of the Company.
