We are looking for a project lead to serve as the main point of contact with our customer. The applicant must have the following skills:

• Familiar in reporting tools and technologies
• Strong knowledge of the development life cycle
• Ability to liaise with the customer to discuss on any issues/status/queries
• Able to work closely with the team to set the key goals and major objectives
• Strong domain knowledge relating to the customer business
• Perform administrative activities on the BI tools
• Participate and contribute to PMO initiatives
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Monitor workload and assignment to team members
• Participate in all meetings and follow-up action items to closure
• Provide assistance to the team where required
• Ensure project metrics are in line with agreed SLA’s
• Adhere to client and organization process

• Argus Configuration and Support, preferably with the latest Argus version.
