How important is the TUG event and how long has Navitas Life Sciences been associated with TUG?

TrackWise^® User Group (TUG) is an annual event conducted by Honeywell Sparta to collaborate with TrackWise^® customers. This is a highly anticipated event for Navitas Life Sciences as this provides a platform to meet our existing customers and to explore new opportunities. Other than the customer meetings, we had the opportunity to understand Honeywell Sparta’s product roadmap.

Please share some key takeaways or highlights from your experience at TUG 2023

The essence of TUG lies in the exchange of knowledge and experiences among TrackWise^® users. Meeting customers and prospects and sharing knowledge across the user group were the primary takeaways from this event. Additionally, gaining a deeper understanding of Honeywell Sparta’s product roadmap was instrumental in aligning Navitas’ business strategy for the implementation and support of eQMS solutions like TrackWise^® and related applications, including HPQR (Honeywell Product Quality Review) and TrackWise^® AI modules.
