How important is the TUG event and how long has Navitas Life Sciences been associated with TUG?
TrackWise® User Group (TUG) is an annual event conducted by Honeywell Sparta to collaborate with TrackWise® customers. This is a highly anticipated event for Navitas Life Sciences as this provides a platform to meet our existing customers and to explore new opportunities. Other than the customer meetings, we had the opportunity to understand Honeywell Sparta’s product roadmap.
Navitas Life Sciences has been participating in TUG right from the first event organized by Sparta 10 years ago.
Please share some key takeaways or highlights from your experience at TUG 2023
The essence of TUG lies in the exchange of knowledge and experiences among TrackWise® users. Meeting customers and prospects and sharing knowledge across the user group were the primary takeaways from this event. Additionally, gaining a deeper understanding of Honeywell Sparta’s product roadmap was instrumental in aligning Navitas’ business strategy for the implementation and support of eQMS solutions like TrackWise® and related applications, including HPQR (Honeywell Product Quality Review) and TrackWise® AI modules.
How is Navitas Life Sciences positioning itself in response to these changes?
Navitas is well-poised to respond to industry changes and evolving customer needs. We are closely aligned with Honeywell Sparta’s roadmap, offering top-class eQMS solutions to their clients. Furthermore, Navitas boasts Sparta-certified engineers proficient in both on-premise and cloud models of the solution. They are committed to upskilling and staying at the forefront of innovation, particularly in the new modules, such as HPQR and AI, in coordination with Honeywell Sparta.
What were some of the companies who showed interest in our services?
Navitas Life Sciences generated substantial interest at TUG 2023, not only from their existing customers but also from prospective clients. Companies like Abbott and Biological E expressed keen interest in Navitas’ implementation and integration approach. In addition to these giants, other pharmaceutical manufacturers such as Strides, Viatris, Serum Institute, Sun Pharma, and IOL were among the visitors to Navitas’ kiosk, showcasing the broad appeal and relevance of their offerings.

The focal points revolved around underlining Honeywell's unwavering commitment to Quality, particularly within the pharmaceutical domain. The event also shed light on the forthcoming AI-driven features and APQR modules in TrackWise®. Furthermore, there was a strong emphasis on the imperative shift towards the Quality Maturity Model.
What emerging trends should we anticipate in 2024?
The event unmistakably underscored the mounting significance of leveraging intelligence through AI in decision-making processes. Additionally, there is a growing recognition of the pivotal role strategic planning plays in attaining elevated standards of Quality.
