Navitas Life Sciences was an exhibitor sponsor for Sparta Systems’ TrackWise® User Group Event on Friday, 11th November 2022, in Mumbai, India. An initiative to bring industry peers together and share some best practices.
We have been working with Sparta Systems for over 10 years, helping simplify the technology landscape to enable better outcomes for our clients and drive informed decisions. The event provided a great opportunity to
Our Experts at TUG22, Sivanandam B, VP-Technology Services, Navitas Life Sciences, and Pranav Giri, Senior Project Lead, Navitas Life Sciences, attended the event and provided vital insights. We met with Sivanandam B to understand more about TUG22. Read on to find out.
What was the TUG2022 and why is it significant?
TUG – TrackWise® User Group is a platform where Sparta System shares the current market trends, their internal plans on the roadmaps, features they are planning to release, future directions, etc. Sparta requires an NDA to be signed to share such confidential information. So, TUG is restricted only to the existing active customers/users who have already signed an NDA as part of their current contract. Prospective customers and the general public are not allowed to participate in TUG.

The response to the event was great, with representatives from 30+ companies from India attending the event. This year, there were plenty of sessions with industry experts and wonderful discussions about TrackWise®.
TrackWise® Digital, a solution from Sparta Systems, a Honeywell Company is the first 100% cloud-offered electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) available in the market, and it is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant (Including 820, 821, 210, and 211). It is offered on the state-of-the-art Salesforce.com platform and delivered as an online web application, fully mobile with offline capabilities.
The attendees were keen to discover how Navitas Life Sciences added value to trackwise implementations.
What were the topics discussed?
There were insightful sessions on ‘Product Innovation Update: Shaping the Future of Quality’, TrackWise® & TrackWise® Digital: Product Roadmap’, Customer Success Story and Solution Showcase. There was even a session on TrackWise®-to-TrackWise® Digital Conversion.
What are the key trends to look out for in 2023?
Though TrackWise® on-prem application is popular in this region of the world, Sparta Honeywell is promoting TrackWise® Digital (TWD) and their new product addition, QualityWise.ai. At this point of time, Sparta has very few takers for TWD module. But eventually the market trend looks to be migrating their existing On-prem solution to their cloud platform within the next couple of years. You can get more details from https://www.spartasystems.com/qualitywise-ai/
Do you have any feedback from participants?
Navitas Life Sciences was a sponsor for this event, and we had a tabletop to present our strengths in TrackWise® automation for configuration and TW integration to external systems. Almost all the participants visited our booth and were eager to understand more details on automation and integration. In addition, all the participants were happy that they got to know the future roadmap of Sparta Honeywell, which will help them to allocate budgets internally.
