Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Partner experienced in Regulatory Operations. The role will require you to:
- Develop and manage day-to-day operations through the use of project management and planning tools, create and maintain detailed project timelines
- Co-ordinate and maintain quality, productivity and ensure adherence to timelines and internal or customer process and standards
- Plan appropriate resources needed to support submissions publishing and regulatory affairs activities which includes short and long-term resource planning
- Be accountable for the management of the projects, meeting regularly with the TLs of project teams to identify and resolve issues and to access quality, delivery effectiveness
- Initiate, author and/or collaborate on SOP’s, work instructions and Work Flows for the regulatory operations function
- Plan, coordinate, and prepare responses to various activities including Requests For Proposals (RFPs), Requests For Information (RFIs), and Requests For Quotes (RFQs)
Desirable Skills and Experience
- 8-10 years’ experience
- Expertise in both Publishing and Submissions
- Sound understanding of information management concepts and tools needed to perform regulatory operations priorities in support of all business areas
- Excellent communication skills
